Up to 3.5 oz.
Can hair be colored?
Yes it can be colored. However, I recommend having the hair professionally colored to ensure you don’t damage your hair.
Does the hair shed?
There is minimum shedding, but any hair that is machine wefted or hand wefted can shed. To help prevent shedding (seal wefts or avoid cutting wefts ) and have stylist sew around wefts and not through wefts.
How often should I shampoo my hair extensions?
Once a week use quality shampoo & conditioner. Treat this hair like it's your own to ensure soft manageable hair.
How many bundles do I need?
2-3 are recommended for partial head weave with some hair leave out.
4 bundles are recommended for a full head with no hair out.
2 bundles for 12-16 inches.
3 bundles for 18-22 inches.
4 bundles for 24-28 inches.
5 bundles for 30-40 inches.
The longer the hair the more bundles you may need to be fuller (preference).

We will ship your order within 3-7 (processing time) working days for stock orders. If order are not in stock, please allow 7-14 days (special orders like custom colored hair,silk base frontals and clousers, bundle deals, promotion deals, and long hair will take 7-14 days to be customized).
Please let us know if you have any wishes for your shipping before placing your order. We have several clients that wish for there purchases to remain unknown. We ship packages in the appropriate packages for that shipping option.

All packages that are unclaimed and returned by the post office will not be refunded.
If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied. Please help work with us on this issue. The USPS does make mistakes as their employees are human. We have no control over what happens with the post, but we will work hard to get the problem taken care of. There will be no exceptions to this. Until a claim has been accepted we will not ship replacement hair or issue a store credit.
Please note that we adhere strictly to our policy. There are no exceptions. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. In the case of client charge backs, we will fight the charge back to the fullest extent.
